"This is to let you know that I wish to register for the online newsletter. Also I have attached some photos of frogs (all taken on my property at Herberton) just wondering if someone could help identify them maybe. I have looked at literature sources but due to colour variation etc found it quite difficult. Murray Powdrell"

Mike Anthony replied: "Hi Murray, we are trying to get some sort of database going of frog sightings If you could include the following details with any of your photos, then the data could be used location - preferably a lat &; long but some other form of locality data would suffice, eg map co-ordinates or distance along a road from nearest point of reference eg post office of nearest town or street address any sightings anywhere are valuable, even in Cairns or Yorkeys date of observation time of observation also if possible brief description of habitat type and weather conditions your photos will appear in the next newsletter &; go on to our website, hopefully others will follow your example best regards; Mike"
